We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase; we stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We will repair and maintain your jewelry for a lifetime.

All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. Our lifetime warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services.

 

We will resize your ring once for free within the first year of your purchase, including free return shipping within the U.S. and Canada for the first resize. International customers pay a small return shipping fee of $50.

 If more than one resize is needed or outside of the first year, a $25 fee applies to resize white, yellow, and rose gold rings, and $50 for platinum. The return shipping fee is $30 for US customers and $50 for international customers. We do not charge to ship the ring back to you, so that service is always free.

 

Why not engrave a meaningful message on the inside of your engagement ring or wedding ring? We offer free engraving on most of our engagement rings and wedding bands. If engraving is available for your selection, it will be presented as an option during checkout.

What Can I Engrave?

Personal ring engravings can be any alphanumeric combination up to 20 characters in length. Looking for inspiration? Consider engraving your engagement ring or wedding band with your anniversary date, an expression of your love, your initials, or a phrase with special meaning that only you two understand!

 

We’re extending our return period! Items purchased after October 31st 2022 can be returned as late as January 15th 2023.

Can I return my jewelry or lab diamond?

Yes, you’ll have 30 days* from delivery to return the item, as long as it is in a perfect, unused state, with all protective materials in place. We will not accept a return if the item shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. To initiate a return, you must contact Customer Service. All returns must include original packaging and paperwork or we’ll charge you a $75 fee.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, we offer a 30-day exchange policy. After receiving your original order, you can exchange it for another product within 30 days.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We offer a few different shipping methods for our international customers. Any duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country or local customs office is the responsibility of the customer at the time the package is received.

How will I receive my order?

All U.S. orders over $100 USD ship free. Please note, delivery is Monday-Saturday. Contact Customer Service for expedited shipping options. Members of the military at an APO or FPO enjoy free shipping, always. International orders will be presented with shipping options during checkout.
